All platform users receive email notifications to the email associated with their account based on event triggers. Admins can also integrate with Slack from their settings in the Admin Hub to send specific types of notifications to their learners, and manually trigger certain notifications to their learners from the Team List in the Admin Hub.
Email notifications are sent from "LifeLabs Team (learn@lifelabslearning.com)".

New Events Available | Notifications are sent on a regular cadence when Sponsor Admin enables Events Available Notification and there is at least 1 discoverable event. If enabled, this notification is sent on Mondays at 12pm in the learner's local time zone. The Sponsor Admin can determine whether it should be sent on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. This notification will highlight up to 3 events in the email based on the following logic: - Only show events that are available for the learner to self register for, - Use the same sort logic that the upcoming events tab of the learning center uses, - Grab the top three events and put them in the email. If there's a "new events available" notification and an "outstanding training reminder" set for the same day, only the "new events available" notification will be sent. Missed Membership Event | A learner misses a membership event that they registered to attend. This notification is sent at 7am ET on the day after the event that the learner missed. De-register for membership event | A learner deletes their registration for a membership event. This notification is sent at 7am ET on the day after the event that the learner de-registered for. What is the difference in the content for the Email vs. Slack notifications?
None. In cases where a notification can be sent via Slack, the content and copy is the same as the email.
Note: Slack notifications will only be sent IF the Sponsor Admin has previously set up that integration in settings.
User notifications can be suppressed within your account upon request. Emails related to password reset, authentication related, and account creation do not get blocked.
