Introducing: LabCoachᴬᴵ

We're excited to announce the upcoming release of our new AI-powered feature within the LifeLabs Learning Platform! Get ready for LabCoachᴬᴵ coming by the end of October! 

What is LabCoachᴬᴵ?

LabCoachᴬᴵ provides LifeLabs' learners with access to specialized AI-powered coaches built based on LifeLabs concepts, frameworks, and behaviors. LabCoachᴬᴵ is designed as a resource to provide learners with a space for just-in-time guidance and leadership skills practice.

Key Features

We have multiple specialized LabCoachᴬᴵ bots designed to focus on a specific Tipping Point Skill:

• Coaching – practice asking powerful questions, active listening, and guiding conversations.
• Feedback – get support by giving clear, kind, and actionable feedback in tricky situations.
• Strategic Thinking – work through challenges that require prioritization and big-picture thinking.
• Communication – practice tailoring messages, handling tough conversations, and being concise. 
• Delegation – strengthen skills for assigning tasks, setting expectations, and building trust.

*Note, our bots only use information provided directly by LifeLabs Learning to respond to learners' prompts and questions. It will not pull general info directly from other sources to draft a response.

Easy access for learners as LabCoachᴬᴵ can be found directly in their Learning Center! LabCoachᴬᴵ is like having a personal coach available 24/7. Learners can:

• Choose the skill they want to practice (e.g., giving feedback to a teammate).

• Engage in a realistic conversation with an AI assistant that simulates workplace scenarios.

• Get instant, personalized feedback on what they did well and where they can improve.

• Repeat and refine as many times as they’d like, building confidence through practice.

• Revisit their chat history, which will only clear after seven days of inactivity or when the learner manually clears the chat. The learners' chats are confidential and cannot be viewed by Admins. 

Admin Set Up: LabCoachᴬᴵ 

Admins can enable or disable this feature from the settings in the Admin Hub. The selected setting will apply for all learners within the account Team List. All specialized LabCoachᴬᴵ bots will be enabled and available to learners.

Learners can access LabCoachᴬᴵ directly from the Learning Center!

All Memberships purchased via self-serve directly on our website will have LabCoachᴬᴵ enabled by default at no additional charge.

LabCoachᴬᴵ is available as a paid add-on feature for our partners purchasing Membership and Team Training via SOW. The feature will be disabled by default, with Admins in control of manually toggling it on or off at their discretion.
